Who we are

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the shop: our web host (Hostinger), our payment provider (Stripe, which processes card payments), our courier (DPD), our product distributor (only where they deliver direct to you), Anthropic (only the messages you type into the AI assistant, processed in the United States under Anthropic's data processing terms), and our accountants. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records for 6 years (company accounting requirement). Accounts until you ask us to close them. Newsletter details until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email sales@it-me-up.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your basket and login working (for example OCSESSID), to remember your cookie choice and whether you prefer the dark or light look (itm_theme), and Stripe sets cookies during checkout to prevent fraud. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your recently viewed products and your current AI assistant conversation are kept only in your own browser (local and session storage) and are not sent to us unless you send a new message.

After you order, you may be offered the chance to take part in Google Customer Reviews. If you agree, Google will email you a short survey about your order. Google's use of your information is covered by its privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
